• Valid Photo ID proof is required compulsory at the time of check in (Pan card not acceptable) .

Cancellation Policy
• Pre-payment of the full package rate is required at the time of reservation
• No cancellation charges applicable if cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival
• A one-day pro-rata cancellation charge will be levied/forfeited for cancellations received 4-6 days prior to arrival
• Full 100% retention charge and no refund for cancellations received 3 or less days prior to arrival, or for any no shows
• Cancellation policy is not valid for long holiday weekends, where the advance received will be non-refundable and full 100% retention will be charged for any cancellations made.

Payment Options:
• Online bank transfer.
• Cheque / demand drafts (In favor of “Xplorer’s Paradise”)

• 2300 hrs – 0700 hrs mid night surcharges would be applicable

Terms and Conditions:
• The travel package is an estimate for a minimum of 02 pax travelling together. Cost may change if the total number of passengers is changed.
• This is just a tentative offer. Xplorer’s Paradise is not holding any accommodation / air seats for you at the moment. On receipt of registration amount, we will make a request for your Hotel Accommodation. The rates mentioned above are as on this date and are subject to Changes.
• The rates quoted for the services featured in the quotation are always subject to change without prior warnings. Should there be any increase in air fares, fuel, sales tax, VAT, bed levies, park fees, Third Party Services, exchange rate fluctuations or any other circumstances beyond our control, Xplorer’s Paradise will not be liable for the same.
• On confirmation of your booking, the entire payment for the above Package needs to be settled at least 45 days prior to the departure.
• Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be the passenger’s liability & Xplorer’s Paradise will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will provide assistance to the best of our abilities. No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
• All accommodation and sightseeing are subject to availability and change until written confirmation is received.
• The International Check-in time: – 1400 hrs. & check-out time is 1200 hrs.
• All passengers must take out comprehensive travel insurance covering them for personal effect, personal accident, medical and emergency travel expenses, cancellation and curtailment.
• Cancellation charges shall be levied as per the company’s policy
• All packages are calculated as per base category room rates.
• Please ensure that the names given for booking. Match the names mentioned in the respective passports.
• “Xplorer’s Paradise” will not be responsible for anything that goes wrong during the tour or at the hotel and hence NO COMPENSATION WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
• Guests are requested to confirm their flights, 48 (forty-eight) hours before departure.
